Kate Clyde's Catered Creations offers a no hassle Complete Catering Service. We are glad to rent any materials you may need at your event from tents to setting or your may choose to do this yourself. We offer china, silverware, and linens for your events as well. Please let us know what you will need when contacting us.

Here are some basic information that will be helpful for you to already be aware of prior to contacting us.

  •  Kate Clyde's Catered Creations and The Little Red Pig Championship Barbecue operate under the BiCam Corporation. When paying by check you will write the check to BiCam.

  •  We are a fully insured and state inspected off-premise catering and event planning business.

  •  We are knowledgeable and experienced food preparation and food service professionals.

  •  Even though we started out as The Little Red Pig catering BBQ, we rapidly expanded into other areas. The Kate Clyde's division was created so that no one would get the idea that we only do BBQ events.

  • We are a full service catering company. Our motto is From Causal to Elegant and we provide services for the causal event to black tie:

    • We can provide almost any meat that is requested for your event.
    • We can provide plastic to glass-ware, flat-ware, fabric table cloths and all types of beverage glass ware.
    • We can provide you with a buffet of your choice or a plated meal.

  • We provide our clients with fine foods and service for Corporate, Weddings, or any Social Event whether large or
    small.

  • Our Event Planners are always willing to customize a menu of your choice and to fit your budget.

    • We have helped to host a "How To" catering seminar for the National BBQ Association.

    • Bill Eason has traveled to the East Coast may times to cook his award winning Eastern NC barbecue for celebrity chefs and corporations.
    • We have catered 5 large BBQ events in New York City, and traveled to Rhode Island to cook for the renowned chefs serving as instructors for the famed Johnson & Wales University.

  • Biography Bill Eason:

    • Grew Up in Eastern North Carolina and began barbecuing at an early age and continues the tradition.
    • Graduated from Wingate University and East Carolina University.
      Member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

  • Competition:

    • Begin BBQ Competitions in 1990 and has great success through the years.
      Bill and The Little Red Pig Cooking Team have won over 120 awards.
    • Bill and the team have cooked in 30 State Championships and 3 World Championships.
    • Some of our highest awards have been:
      • 7th place in the Memphis In May Championship
      • 5th in the Jack Daniel's World Invitational Championship South Carolina State Championship
      • 1st place in Whole Hog 5 times in the NC State Championship
